OHF's administration of the program shall be subject to all applicable requirements established by the Act, and other applicable law. WebDonations of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or more or of real or personal property shall be accepted, if at all, by a resolution of the Broward County Board of County Commissioners in accordance with Section 18.63 of the Broward County Administrative Code.
