WebWhen I download a file, it downloads, then gets stuck at 100% and stops chrome from loading any web pages (chrome continues to try to load that page, ie. doesn't show an error). We can't even load the 100% downloaded file. After about 20 -40 seconds it completes and everything goes back to normal.
