These motors only come with leads, that we splice together using wago 222's. Adding the junction box takes up quite a bit of time, do not want to do it if I do not have to. Not necessarily, if the right legs are still functioning the drive will work just fine on single phase power. Up to what HP I am not certain but do know 50hp for sure.
