These motors only come with leads, that we splice together using wago 222's. Adding the junction box takes up quite a bit of time, do not want to do it if I do not have to. Lots of people remove the ridiculously small cast peckerheads and substitute either a larger one or a standard enclosure or order longer wiring and run LFMC to an enclosure mounted nearby. Not necessarily, if the right legs are still functioning the drive will work just fine on single phase power. Up to what HP I am not certain but do know 50hp for sure.
